If you are only shipping orders through the Amazon marketplace, there are additional integrators that are available to you which are listed here.
We also advise that you work directly with your integrator to understand how to enable Amazon Shipping for your orders on Amazon.
If your integrator isn’t listed in the table above, if they don’t support the service you are looking for, or if you don’t have an integrator, you can use the ‘bulk shipment creation’ feature in your Shipper Central account for orders placed on your website or other marketplaces. You can create up to 1000 shipments through one simple spreadsheet upload.
In addition to this, you can view your bulk shipment history page to see your uploads
over the past 10 days. This page will allow you to download your output files and reprint labels for up to 5 days.
To upload bulk shipments, follow the steps below:
- Visit the booking tab in your Shipper Central account.
- Navigate to ‘actions’ on the right-hand side.
- Select ‘bulk shipments creation’ to view your bulk shipment history page.
- Select ‘import orders’ to create a new bulk shipment request.
The Amazon Shipping API gives you programmatic access to Amazon Shipping services, enabling your team to prepare orders quickly and efficiently.
You can start purchasing and printing labels with us from 2 pm onwards on the day before your first collection. In some cases, labels may not be available to purchase prior to 2:30 pm. Following your first pickup, you will be able to purchase labels at any time. All Next-Day Delivery labels purchased before 2pm will require dispatch during your afternoon collection on the same day.
We need this information for operational planning and it is required to generate a label. You will not get a quote for products that have no dimensions provided. All packages are audited, and your account may be at risk of suspension if this information is not correct.
We require the package value as this is important for the claims process, and it is required to return a label. You can find more information about how to manage your inventory and enter the correct price and dimensions by watching this short video.
Please ensure that you have accepted the Amazon Shipping Terms and Conditions in Seller Central. You can do this here.
The services provided by your integrator correspond to the Amazon Shipping services listed here - these services can differ by integrator, please reach out to your individual integrator to confirm services.
