You can ship Permissible Dangerous Goods with us, as long as you comply with the Amazon Shipping Dangerous Goods Shipping Guide All other dangerous goods, as well as perishable or age-restricted goods, are considered Prohibited Goods and may not be shipped with us.
You can ship packages up to 120 cm in length, 60 cm in width, or 60 cm in height and weighing up to 23 kg. For detailed packing guidelines and measurement instructions, please refer to our Service Guide.
A minimum of 50 parcels per day is required to ship with Amazon Shipping. Unfortunately, we’re not yet able to offer a service for smaller parcel quantities.
Amazon Shipping offers delivery 7 days a week across mainland United Kingdom. Currently, we do not offer international shipping from the United Kingdom. Learn more about our coverage and speed here.
We offer a range of reliable delivery speed options, including Next-Day and Two-Day delivery. Two-Day available within network coverage areas.

An Amazon Shipping label is valid for 10 days after it’s created. If the label is not used within 10 days, it will expire, and you’ll need to create a new one to ship your package. It’s important to schedule your pickup and hand off the package within this time frame to avoid any delays.
Amazon Shipping collects your packages through scheduled pickups from your location, available up to seven days a week in eligible locations. We offer two pickup methods, loose-load and palletised. Loose-load pickups are where individual packages can be handed directly to the driver and palletised pickups are where multiple packages are consolidated onto a pallet (recommended for high-volume shippers).

Yes, recipients can easily track their packages using our dedicated tracking page. When you provide your customers with their tracking number and link, they’ll have access to package location updates, estimated delivery dates, and current delivery status. Recipients can also view their package’s journey, set their delivery preferences for where they’d like their package left, and sign up for text notifications for their delivery.
Yes, Amazon Shipping provides proof of delivery for most shipments. Proof of delivery can include a photo showing where the package was left, or GPS location data. Shippers can view proof of delivery through Shipper Central once the delivery is complete. Learn more.
We provide a variety of self-service resources, such as help pages and FAQs, to help shippers find answers quickly. If you need additional assistance, Amazon Shipping’s dedicated Shipper Support team is available by phone and chat from 8AM to 8PM (GMT) and by email 24/7. We aim to deliver every package in the same condition we received it. If a shipment is lost or damaged while in our network, shippers can file a claim within 28 days of label creation. For damaged shipments, the 28-day period begins on the delivery date. For lost shipments, it starts from the scheduled delivery date.
If a claim is denied and you believe the decision was incorrect, you can submit an appeal within 7 days after the claim decision is communicated.
