- During check out, customers can view pick up points by postal code and select their preferred pick up point.
- Customers track their parcels and receive their pick up barcode through SMS, email notifications, and track.amazon.co.uk.
- Customers retrieve their parcel at the pick up point by scanning their pick up barcode.
- Available through our first-party integration or third party integrations with Metapack, Scurri, nShip, and PluginHive for WooCommerce.
The Amazon Shipping V2 API can integrate with your first party order management system to make photo on delivery, OTP, preferred delivery location, and deliver to counter a part of your recipient experience. Deliver to counter also requires integration into your check out experience using our accessPoints API. To access photo on delivery, OTP, or identification of preferred delivery location with your third party label printing software, please reach out to your the software provider. Note that OTP is not available for orders placed on Amazon.

Value is limited to £550 and parcels cannot exceed 90 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm in size and 15 kg in weight. Parcels cannot include Dangerous Goods.
