The report
As a parcel delivery service, we wanted to explore how innovation is shaping the day-to-day delivery experience for retailers and what the future holds. To do this, we commissioned B2B International, an independent research consultancy, to conduct in-depth qualitative interviews with large to enterprise e-commerce retailers (shipping more than 1,000 parcels a day) across the UK, Italy, France, and Spain, spanning key industries such as fashion, health and beauty, and electronics, as well as industry experts in third-party logistics.
