Your customers now have more control over deliveries

Missed deliveries often come down to simple details like an access code or delivery window. Now, your customers can share delivery instructions upfront, including preferred delivery locations, building code, delivery hours, holiday schedules, and more. With clear instructions, your shipments arrive more reliably, making the delivery experience better for everyone.

Track multiple parcels in one place

No need to manage separate tracking links, you and your customers can now track all shipments headed to the same address in one place. Whether it’s small orders or bulk shipments, enjoy a streamlined view on the same tracking page that makes it easier to stay informed and prepared.

Invoice annexure file enhancements

The format of our invoice annexure files have recently been updated. These changes make invoice annexure files simple to navigate by pre-populating important information for each tracking ID. This information includes:

  • Pre-calculated total charge
  • Cities and postal codes for both origin and destination
  • Dimensional data (weight, length, width, and height)
  • You can download the invoice annexure file from the billing page in Shipper Central. Please reach out to your Account Manager with any questions.
